Luther J Schilling PTO Committees

Dear Schilling Parents:

We need help planning our PTO events! Our board members have very successfully run all of these events in the past and are happy to share our experience and ideas.

We would greatly appreciate any help in coordinating them for this year. It's a lot of work, but when everyone pitches in, the load is much lighter. Feel free to find a friend to help you co-chair an event. Share the fun!

If you aren't interested in organizing an event, there are plenty of other volunteer opportunites available.  We welcome any and all help! Email us at l.j.schillingpto@gmail.com.

The 4th grade farewell is an ice-cream social where the 4th graders get to sign each others yearbooks, take photos together and celebrate one last time as Schilling students, at the end of the event they take one last walk around Schilling as grades K-3 line the hallways saying 'farewell.' The chair person(s) would be responsible for arranging for a photobooth, purchase autograph books, arrange ice-cream delivery, manage volunteers and set up and break down of the event. The PTO board will be happy to assist however possible.

In 2020-2021, Schilling PTO raised $10,000!  This money was used to help staff make purchases for the school.  Each department was given money to help them buy things they needed.  Thank you families!!!
